As Warren County's Property Valuation Administrator (PVA), I developed this application using open-source technology and publicly available government data to improve access to property information. No additional taxpayer funds were used for development or publication of this app, including the annual $99 Apple Developer fee, which I paid personally. This tool is intended to complement existing public records systems and support transparency, accuracy, and public service. It is an honor to serve, 'We the People.'
